Year 4 Camp - Longnor Primary School, Shropshire.

The wonderful teachers and children at Longnor Primary School in Shropshire welcomed us once again to their beautiful school.

Longnor School Website

We set up camp on their field for three days and used this as a base to explore the surrounding areas.

We visited historical Church Stretton, enjoyed Fish & Chips, investigated hedgerows, made new friends, witnessed a powerful bull, saw three day old calves on a working organic dairy farm and lots, lots more...

Martell found a Great Crested Newt.

10 day old calf.

Searching historical Church Stretton.
Longnor and Easton joint assembly.

Here's what some of us thought about camp:

"On camp I learned that Daddy Long Legs live in tall grass." - A in Year 4

"The best thing about camp was when we had our playtime with Longnor and made new freinds." - B in Year 4

"I really liked when we had a map hunt." - M in Year 4

"The best thing about camp was learning about the bull on the farm." - T in Year 4
